Characteristics Rack Inverter 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King
The 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King Rack Inverter is an all-in-one device for photovoltaic installations, which is very well suited due to the number of applications it includes.
It is particularly suitable for use in installations with lithium batteries whose format is rack, because this inverter has a standardized size in order to fit it inside the cabinet, where the 24V batteries that are plugged in are also placed.
On the other hand, it is very convenient in installations with several inverters in parallel. Due to this format, everything can be placed comfortably and that all the connections are sufficiently secured inside the cabinet that houses them.
The King Rack range is available in both 3000 and 5000W of power output and in 24 and 48V working voltage in batteries. The supply is up to 5000W of power output in this model and reaches up to 10000VA of peak power for starting points. It remains with respect to the usual model.
Compared to the classic model, we retain the great advantage of the King models within the Axpert range, the possibility of connecting several inverters in parallel to obtain greater output power and having the availability of an installation that can always be expanded.
The Voltronic Axpert King 5000W 48V Rack Inverter has an external appearance that is the same throughout the series, regardless of the model, with dimensions of 466.3 x 438 x 130.8mm and a weight between 14.5 and 15Kg. All the models have USB, RS232, RS485 connections and dry contacts so that it is possible to configure the automatic start of an external generator.
It incorporates an MPPT charge regulator that requires compliance with a voltage range between 30 and 115V in the connection of solar panels. The regulator supports working at 145V at most in open circuit when the activity circumstances are still cold. Its MPPT is 60A, so a maximum of 4000W of power will be used from solar panels to power our installation.

Functions of the Rack Inverter 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King
The fact of connecting the 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King Rack Inverter is really easy; however, a sequence of procedures must be respected for it to be done safely. Care must be taken that the cables are not under tension during handling and that the unit is kept disconnected at all times. We can distinguish the following sections in the 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King Rack Inverter:

1: LCD screen.
2: Status indicator.
3: Charge indicator.
4: Fault indicator.
5: Function buttons.
6: Switch on and off.
7: AC wiring input.
8: AC wiring output.
9: PV photovoltaic input.
10: Battery wiring input.
11: Communication connectors for parallel work. (Optional)
12: Power connectors for parallel work. (Optional)
13: AGS auto start port dry contacts.
14: RS232 port.
15: USB port.
16: BMS communication port with lithium battery (CAN and RS232 or RS485).

The 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King Rack Inverter is an all-integrated inverter. Its objective is to manage all the indicators of the photovoltaic installation. When solar radiation is suitable, the inverter takes the incoming current from the panels.
This energy recharges the battery and supports active consumption during daylight hours. At the moment, when solar energy is limited to be able to sustain consumption, it uses the battery.
It also serves as an external energy source, the electrical network or even a single-phase generator. With the aim that there is no cut in the supply of consumption, the transmission time between the energy sources runs extraordinarily fast.
The energy reserved in the batteries is used to sustain consumption beyond the time it is being produced, or also when it is higher than the power generation.

Performance of the Rack Inverter 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King
The features of the 5000W 48V Voltronic Axpert King Rack Inverter are very remarkable compared to that of its other competitors, for example:
– Parallel operation. This inverter optionally allows the placement of a communication card in parallel, which increases the output power in the same installation. Its rack presentation makes it possible, to a large extent, to be able to locate even 9 inverters adequately and safely.
– Instant switching duration. King Rack inverters have a current switching duration of 0ms, it is excellent as a UPS or also to support critical loads. At the moment in which there is a change in the sustenance of the energy source, going from being external to batteries or vice versa, the switching duration is momentary for all kinds of consumption.
– Large vision built-in screen. Although this model is designed to be placed inside a piece of furniture, the LCD screen that it incorporates informs us of everything that stands out that we need to know about the solar installation, with the aim of controlling and displaying the references of our inverter.
– Communications port for BMS. In order to tolerate the RS-485, CAN-BUS and RS-232 protocols that make the lithium batteries that include its BMS communicate, it is equipped with a communications port and, in this way, the inverter can have the readings of energy provided by the battery.
– Battery equalization. With the aim of prolonging the life cycle of lead acid batteries, this function enables the elimination of sulfation originating in the plates of this model of accumulators, both monoblock open lead acid batteries or stationary OPzS batteries.
